We lease sites for seasonal use only, which means one RV is on site for a year and use of the RV is restricted to when the water is on (April through September) and to recreational use only (not living in the RV full time). We currently do not have any vacancy in the RV Park and don't actively promote it as we don't get very much turnover. We do not accept RV's on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as we have no additional parking for them and we do not have a washhouse facility. We also do not have any camping facilities. Our RV Park has space for 9 units. A deck and shed are permitted on each site but other additions are not. Each site has power, sewer and water provided. Telephone and cablevision are available on-site but are the responsibility of the lessee. The lease period runs from April 1 to September 30.
