Our season for 2008 is defined as: Summer season: June 28 to August 31 Deposit Information A deposit of $500.00 is required for summer season weekly reservations. Deposits may be paid by money order, MasterCard, Visa or Diners Club (showing MasterCard brand). Cancellation Policies Cancellation policy for weekly reservations June 28 to August 31, 2008: 60 days notice less a $50.00 plus GST cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 60 days notice, we hold your deposit until we have rented the cottage again and received a deposit. The balance of your deposit is then returned to you. If you leave us insufficient notice, such as one or two weeks, you could lose your entire deposit if we are unable to rent the cottage again. In most situations we are able to rent the cottage again and you would receive the balance of your deposit. For summer weekly reservations (June 28 to August 31, 2008), you are entering into a contract to rent a cottage for the week. If you are unable to stay for the entire week, no credits are given and full payment is required. You may not sublet the cottage to anyone else without the permission of the Resort, including whether you intend to receive payment from a third party or not. Payments accepted Payments on-site may be made by cash, money order, debit card, MasterCard, Visa, or Diners Club (showing MasterCard brand). |
